It all starts with an initial consultation, where we talk through your goals, schedule, preferences, and any challenges you're facing. From there, I’ll design a custom fitness program that is accessible to you through my fitness app — complete with demo videos, a clear weekly schedule, and tools to track your progress.

Each week, we’ll connect for a virtual check-in to talk about your workouts, adjust your plan if needed, and go over anything from form tips to mindset shifts. You’ll also have ongoing text support, so you’re never left hanging between check-ins.

When it comes to nutrition, I meet you where you are. Whether you’re ready to track macronutrients or just want healthy grocery tips and food swaps, I’ll guide you at your comfort level — no pressure, just progress.
